This seems like a really nice forum, and I am looking forward to posting. However, I was trying to upload an avatar, and I kept getting the message, not a valid image, no matter what I used. Anybody have tips on this?

Welcome to the forum. Maybe the avatar was too small or too large. If you are still having problems, admin would definitely guide you through.

Hi there! Welcome to the forum! You are right, this is one of the nicest gardening communities I have joined. As for the avatar, maybe the image you wanted to use was too large, most forums have well defined limits for the size of the avatars. You could ask mod zigs though.
