My yucca has turned yellow overnight , any suggestions ?

Welcome to the forum @Hwalker19 :) Your plant probably needs feeding. I think the pot is too small. Spring is now the best time to re pot it when it warms up a bit. In the meantime beware of central heating - plants generally hate it, and stick some Osmocote slow release fertiliser in the pot.
If possible try moving the plant into the bathroom where the air will be nice and steamy.

For one; your “yucca” is a Dracaena. It wants bright light but no direct sun. Keep it moist but never soggy except immediately after watering. When you water make sure some water runs out the bottom. The yellowing and brown spot may be due to sunburn. Check it’s moisture level once a week and water when the top 1 1/2” is dry. This may be every week if it’s warm and bright or every 3 weeks if it’s darker.
