Help with my evergreen

I forgot to drill out the holes at the bottom of this pot, and watered the plant really good after I moved this tree here. Later I discovered that because water couldn't drain, dirt started to smell and tree started to turn orange in some spots.

Since then I drilled out the holes and it's draining properly now. Is there anything I can do to fix this color?
