Optimal nutrient levels for soil are dependent on the plants grown and other land usage variables, but the testing lab should have supplied some interpretation. It is helpful to remember that mg/kg, µg/g, and ppm (parts per million) are equivalent measurements.
Your soil has a low to moderate amount of Nitrogen in the form of complex molecules of organic matter (Organic N: 1200 mg/kg), but only a small amount is immediately available for plant use (Ammonia: 3.3 mg/kg, Nitrates: 0.5 mg/kg).
Also, soil salinity is low (normally a good thing), and soil phosphorus is low, which is a problem for growing many crops, but a boon if you are interested in growing many Australian native plants.
