Any help identifying any of these plants (and advice for how to take care of them) would be greatly appreciated!!

The last one is a Sedum (Ice plant). When the foliage/flowerheads have died back completely at the end of the growing season they can be cut back to the base. The plant will put up new shoots in the spring.

Number two is undoubtedly physostegia, and I think three is lavender. There are a lot of different sedums, so cannot be sure which variety number four is.
