Hello from NW Ohio, and Happy Easter/Resurrection Sunday

Hello all,

My reason for joining is quite selfish. I seem to have a real knack for killing plants, and I'm hoping that I can benefit from the experience of people on this forum.

I've wanted to be a serious gardener my whole life, and haven't had the time and resources. Now, I would like to give my 11 year-old daughter a head-start in gardening, and I feel like I've already blown the first year for her. I hope that I can be a useful resource to others someday, but for now, I need to learn.

I look forward to participating in discussions with all of you.
