Hi everyone! I am a novice gardener from Northwest Georgia. I have a small vegetable garden where I typically grow tomatoes, peppers, and squash, along with a berry patch full of raspberries and blueberries.. I also have a flower garden where I am trying to grow plants that are native to the area. I am still pretty new to gardening, and I am hoping to learn a lot here!

Amy, another warm welcome from Central Texas! You are so wise to use natives in your flower garden--we do the same here in Texas and have found that the natives do so much better.
We have big vegetable gardens, but we grow to can and freeze, as well as to bring fresh produce to the local food pantry. Veggies are so much fun!
