Yes as long as it doesn't cross with another variety.

Heirloom: Seeds been saved for a long time (50 years I think). Seeds come back true.

Open Pollinated: Not a hybrid and not an heirloom. This could technically be an heirloom variety in years to come. Seeds should come back true.

Hybrid: Seed wont come back true but you can grow a tomato plant.
