Guess this pest

What could be doing this to my collards? The only insects I saw on them were these tiny little flies.

Is the black fly looking thing a thrip?
No. That little bug is either a psyllid or a wasp. If I could see the insect from the side I could tell for sure but I think it is a predatory wasp, possibly some type of trichogramma. Thrips insects are very small and some types cannot be seen without either putting them on a sheet of white paper or with a magnifying glass. Spray with spinosad.
