I cant remember where it was said or who said it but it was mentioned about kids growing up on farms have less health issues.

I read this article this morning and thought I would share it.

I am allergic to every tree and grass in north America I was told and have very bad immune system problems that are genetic so I find this interesting. Its part of my salt deficiency issue.

I did hear about that @dirty hands . I grew up on a small farm. Dad only had chickens, geese, ducks and big veggie garden on 45 acres. We played in the creek and helped with the garden and care of the birds. I have compared myself to my other "direct" cousins genetically. My cousins the product of all the sisters in my mothers family, I am the only one with no allergies. Yes, of course different fathers, LOL. But still I find it interesting when they complain of allergic to this or that, and I say, how lucky I got, not allergic to a thing.

I was always congested as a kid. Even as a toddler. There has been 2 times in my life it went away. One was when I went to California and the otger was when I went to Cabo. I didnt want to leave Cabo because I felt so good. Not just congestion but my whole body felt good.

Beef has been the only thing that calms my stomach. Ground beef especially. Salt seems to help a lot too.

There is something magical about cows. I can understand why some civilizations were so enamored by them.

Unlike you, beef kills my stomach!
Actually gradually over a period of a few years I had to give up all meets cause I became allergic. I believe my adverse reaction is probably due more to what they feed and/or treat the animals and their feed with, then the meat itself, but anyway I can no longer eat it.

I just read something recently about something causing an allergic reaction to meat. I hope I can remember it later because I cant right now.
