Giant Flower Bush?

This Bush gets huge and is often used in between the freeway medians where i live, to block view of the other side of traffic. Its like 8 feet tall and 10 feet wide. Some have pink flowers and some have white flowers

Saw it in a backyard today, seems like a good privacy plant

Be careful with oleander (which Twigs identified correctly). It is highly toxic--leaves, roots, stems, all of the plant. If you have young toddlers who taste everything, or if you have a dog who chews greenery, don't plant oleander.
