Where to cut back this Giant Whote Echium?

I've googled but can't find any guidance of actually where to cut back this Giant White Echium. Hoping someone might know. It's very different to multi flowered echium so I've no idea . Waiting with baited breath and saw in hand

That's Biennial they flower then die. This is not good news I know But I know no way of keeping them going once flowering is finished. Collect the seed & start off some fresh ones (y)

Oh what a shame....it has taken taken 10 years to flower. Thanks though Daren. I guess the seeds are in the flowers.
