Those two are really fun ain't they guys :joyful: I also knew the dog vomit one, but not sure about the frilly one, I'll ask @zigs - but don't you listen to me either ha ha....ha

Yep, second one looks like a Chanterelle. Very nice :)

@zigs what are the differences between false chanterelles and chanterelles? A smooth cap on the fake? I found this video.

As far as I remember the gills on a true one run up the stipe as well as the cap :)

The first image is Yellow Slime Mold (Fuligo septica). Yes, it is also sometimes called dog vomit fungus, though technically slime molds are different than fungi. They are more closely related to amoeba protists.
