Figs are less sweet this year

Hi,

I have a fig tree some 4 years old in my garden. The very first time when it bears the fruits it was quite tastier. But this year its tastes is lesser sweet.
Do someone have similar experience?

Or I need some special treatment to my tree?

Looks like I was picking the figs before they are fully ripen.
