My dragon fruit is getting big really fast and I still don't have a good trellis for it. I just have a pole in the ground. I am going to the hardware store this week. What supplies do I need? I see all these complicated setups that don't look necessary. Any simple trellis ideas would be helpful.

Get another T-post. Place them equidistant apart in a circle and run twine through the holes. You might also get a bigger pot.

I've been wondering, will this trellis be supportive enough for a big mature dragon fruit cactus? I only have a string around the t posts.

I feel like I need a new design.

They do! I actually just built a new trellis myself today!
