Dots & grey discoloration monstera

I got this 3 weeks ago, it has been in quarantine since.

Nothing seems to get worst. I've been checking the leaves daily and have not noticed any bugs.

I've also been doing neem oil
And dr bronner spray every few days as precaution.

I have found small white larvas in another plant that was quarantining in my bathroom. Unsure what they are, I'm thinking gnat larveas? But anyways these were in the same room but not touching each other.

I'm pretty new to plants and am freaking out a bit. Should I be freaking out and if so how should I proceed?

Btw, to me images seem worst than to the naked eye.

Might also be worth mentionning that the person i got it from said she had been working on camp, weeks at a time so the plant was not cared for for multiple weeks at a time.
