these yellow leaves are not dried out but remain soft with gradual paleness and red tinge in the bottom half of plant. they do not fall, flowers are blooming from these leaves Possibly, not fertilized correctly, or not watered consistently? I have another crown in same window/light without this problem. Possibly need to repot/ new soil?
no bugs Thanks

Sounds like your Crown of Thorns is not taking in enough water. After letting the soil dry well, water your plant until you get some water to come out the drainage holes, give it a good soaking drink. Then leave it alone for a couple of weeks to let it dry well. The yellow leaves will fall off and can't be saved. The top leaves and new growth are what is most important and should be observed the most.
