Crazy Cactus Gone Wild! Need advice!

Hello Everyone! I bought a house in Florida with 5 of these GIANT and wildly overgrown cacti in the backyard. I need some advice on how to trim/where to make cuts, any advice is welcome! Also, is this a Euphorbia lactea cactus? Thank you!
