Tomato plants can be easily propagated by using suckers, which are the shoots that grow between the main stem and a branch. You can root these suckers in water or directly in soil, both of which are effective methods. This process allows you to create new plants from your existing ones, increasing your yield without buying new seedlings. If you’re interested in learning how to do this step-by-step, I’ve put together a detailed guide in my latest video.

Worth doing through the season so you get 'follow on' new plants producing when the first stop producing if you grow F1's. Personally I grow heritage self pollinators and sow saved seed successionally.
