Climbing roses will end up producing blooms at the end of the stem. So a chimber that has not been pruned correctly will often have blooms way up on high. To encourage masses of blooms all over the plant. Frequent tying in and pruning. Consentrating on this first, then feeding in accordance with the directions. Enjoy your roses.
