Like the title says I'm having difficulty finding out what this is. It was found in southern Arizona. Thanks for the help.

This is Mexican Buckeye (Ungnadia speciosa) in the Soapberry Family (Sapindaceae). It is an unusual and exceptionally attractive shrub or small tree for warm arid and semi-arid regions. I highly recommend it for xeric landscaping.

Presumably the plant in the photographs is a planted specimen since it is not known to be native to southern Arizona. It does occur in southern New Mexico, southern Texas and northeastern Mexico.
