Can I use this as a seed starter mix?

I have this soil building conditioner at home and I try not to go out to buy seed starting mix during this Covid time so can I use it as a replacement for seed starting mix? I also have some potting soil at home too

It wouldn't be suitable for seeds but the potting soil would be alright, i use a multi purpose compost.
