Anyone know whats wrong with my ZZ plant?

any advice on what could possibly be going on with it would be greatly appreciated, It is not potted in soil but in kind of, lava rock type of pebbles. I'm not 100% sure as it was given to me already potted.

Hello @Deedee95 and welcome to GF
I don't think that it would be potted in just pebbles, looks like it's just a bit of leaf damage from something. How long have you had it and was in it like that when it was given to you? Can you do a pic of the whole plant?
