Amaryllis 'Dancing Queen' (Hippeastrum hybrid)

Amaryllis 'Dancing Queen' (Hippeastrum hybrid) (close-up) (from my indoor plant collection, May 4, 2014). It took 7 weeks to bloom from a bulb (12 inches tall with 4 blooms). Unfortunately, the flowers only lasted a few days and then wilted. Pictured is the last bloom.

Wow, it's gorgeous! 'Dancing Queen' is a lovely variety. I would love to grow amaryllis too, but I don't have enough space. My apartment is too small.
