911 fiddle leaf

I know there are heaps of post people asking what’s going on with their fiddle leaf, and I’ve seen all of them trying to determine what’s wrong with my poor fiddle leaf, but none of them seems to have same issue as me. The leaves has started getting little holes, I would understand if the old leaves would get injured and display these marks, but I noticed the the newer ones and a baby has it as well. The roots looks fine, I think? And I’m water it only once a week.. not sure what should I do
