There are four perfect heads of cabbage almost reaching maturity. I suppose I will work at making sauerkraut. Which I have never done.

Some nice looking cabbage. Normally it just bolts here have never got one to head, but going to give it another try in early to mid September. Sprout them inside and put them out some time late Sept, early Nov.

Cabbage likes the cold. I always plant in the early Spring
