Twenty pounds of various tomatoes were picked from the garden and processed into 10 liters of Pressure Canned juice. One liter of water was added to start the cooking process. Annotated pictures depict the process.

That, a pinch of celery salt, some freshly ground black pepper, wedge of lemon, a little Lea & Perrin's, a few drops of Tabasco and a liberal measure of vodka; the ultimate Bloody Mary.
