There are three most prolific hot pepper plants in the garden. The peppers ripen individually throughout the Summer. They are picked as they ripen and kept in the greenhouse to dry, then blended into a powder for table use. The heat does not diminish with time. I have some in a jar and it is as hot three years later as when first placed in the container.
