So there's plently of fictional plants out there, and I'm sure some of you have been reading a story, or watching a film and thought, "God, what I'd give to have that in my garden!" So tell us what it was, and why you'd want it! :D

I might be stealing the best one here, but imagine having this sweet garden from Charlie and the Chocolate factory outside your back door!

Something I'm sure many environmentalists wish was real, although he's only part plant so dunno if I should really count him would be the titular Swamp Thing!

The counting pines from the Diskworld series. They'd worked out that the reason folk cut them down was to count the number of rings they had, so they grew their age on the side of the trunk.

Nearly wiped out overnight by the house number industry :D

A whomping willow for dog walkers who don't pick up their poo - now that would be an excellent idea! :D

I think it would be pretty cool if Ents were real - particularly in the rainforests :)

I really like the shining trees in Avatar. The whole mystical forest scene in that movie is gorgous. One can dream right?

I like the Whomping Willow to make those people clean up behind their animals.
