Will newly planted crape myrtles survive heavy fall/winter winds

Hello, my name's terry. just curious if i can expect my crape myrtles to grow back this summer after harsh winds cut their branches in half this past fall. plants barely look alive...

The broken limbs will not get any longer. They can/probably will start new limbs from the broken limb. It will not be an attractive tree IMO. Pictures will help.

Yes, you can expect it to grow back. Crape Myrtles are notorious for re-sprouting. Very difficult to kill even when one tries.
