I've got beautiful clumps of muscadines but are ripening at different times. I'm picking individual grapes but it's work extensive. If I pick some that are half purple and half greenish, will they ripen if I put them in a sunny window?

No, not in my experience with them. They ripen on the vine and not after picking.

I've got several gallons of muscadine grapes still on the vine ripening right now and expect to pick them all at the same time in another couple of weeks. I get some that aren't totally ripe and a few maybe overripe mixed in the harvest, but it's just easier for me to get them all at once. For jelly and juice, this seems to work fine for me.
