Buying whole grains in relatively small quantities is sometimes difficult due to few vendors. Shipping costs can be more than the cost of the product. I use wheat for making full bodied flour and found a supplier within about 60 miles distance. A 10 kg bag of hard wheat cost $21.00. Other grains are also available at the store near Tavistock, Ontario.
