Heavenly Bamboo is a semi-evergreen shrub grown for its attractive foliage, fruit and flowers. Most known for its lance shaped leaves and colorful foliage, heavenly bamboo is a frost hardy, semi-evergreenshrub with attractive textural and colorful characteristics. Nandina blooms in midsummer with small white flowers.

I'm not sure which specific variety... We've got Nandina Domestica Flirt in our garden but it's a bit more compact than the one in those photos.
