As far as I know the common large tall growing one is Nandina domestica.

There are a couple of dwarf ones such a Nandina domestica Gulf stream and Nandina domestica Firepwer.

From your pic I would not like to say which one you have.

I had one at the house I sold. It only grew to aboutt 14" hi by about 2 1/2 ft around. In the fall it turned slightly red with red berries on it.

Even though Nandina Domestica are something that I've grown for many, many years - I have to say that this is a difficult one - as apart from the fact that there are well over 65 different cultivars - all of which can range from 2 m tall right down to the compacta , dwarf , nana or ground cover cultivars which can range from anything between 30 cms to 1.4 m tall and just as wide - there are even more when it comes to varieties and although I could make a rough guess and say that what you have could be any of the following

Burgundy Wine
Plum Passion
Obsessed
Blush Pink or Flirt

it would be almost impossible to say for sure - particularly as the foliage of Nandina changes color throughout the year - depending on temperature and not by season.

However as they are in my mind - all beautiful - I don't really think it matters that much if you don't know the variety - well unless you have bought one for a particular purpose - say for instance as a ground cover specimen - as almost all require the same growing conditions - you really can't go too far wrong.
