What plant?

What plant would you most like to have for your garden/collection but can't find or it won't grow in your area? Mine is camellias. I would love to have them but the only ones hardy enough to make it through our winters are cost prohibitive for me.

New Jersey Tea.

Technically, yes, I can easily find it online, but its one of those things I just want to be able to go to the local nursery or garden centers and buy. No one carries it. It's one of those plants that you'd think would be sold everywhere but somehow gets overlooked.

Another is Wood Lily. It's a hard one to grow, so no place carries it. I bought seeds a few years ago. Not really even sure if the plants are still alive or not. They were still super small last time I remember seeing them.
