Hello, can anyone help me identify this plant? I have been trying to figure it out for a few years now with no luck. My stepdad and his mom saw these near his brother's grave and they really liked them but noone at any of the stores we have been to seem to carry them or know what they are. This is in northwest Minnesota and they seem to grow annually if that helps. The top two pictures were taken recently so they are still blooming but the last one was taken about three or four years ago when they were fully in bloom.

Try 'Double fern leaf peony'. If you Google it there are a few different ones.
Thank you Oliver, I think I found the ones we are looking for! Now it's just a matter of finding where we can buy them, haha.
