What is this bush?

Found this as I was clearing out a back fence. I would love to know the name of it and any other info about it. Thanks. I'm in Southeastern Coastal Georgia.

Carolina sweet shrub. the flowers should be woody. and have a smell. if you rub your fingers on the flowers, smell your fingers.
