I bought a new bike helmet yesterday and have used old one for my strawberry plants.

Very creative :) Nothing wrong with being creative in the garden, might not look so pretty, but it indeed does the job :) In the end what really matters is the functionality :)

This is such a funny idea:) I noticed that most gardeners are very creative when it comes to using different things as planters. I like it:)
Lately, I've been thinking of buying a few hanging baskets for my plants:)

That is an amazing idea? :D What is holding the bike helmet up; Is it a string going horizontally? Too bad I threw out my bike helmet before you posted this. I am still in need of a new one. Nonetheless, this is a great idea scotkat, keep it up!

I have just used garden wire to hold it up.

Nice idea to help keep useful things out of the landfill.
