My 2 tomato plants are on day 23 from seed, they are looking okay except on bottom leaves there are yellow bumps on them and couple leafs died and fell off, slight yellowing on bottom of plant. I only used plain promix Hp soil which has no nutrients in it except sphagnum and perlite. I bought bigger pots today so i can do 1 more transplant before i put it in final pot. I am gonna use promix Hp soil with mix of cow/sheep manure mix on top of pot and miracle grow 20-20-20 at 1/4 strength and some cal-mag because I’m using distilled water so it has no micro nutrients. My question is can i water my tomato plants with manure on top and miracle grow nutrients without it being too strong? Or should i water with manure and wait to add miracle grow?

You don't need the miracle gro, just plant your tomatoes, as I suspect their growing medium has run out of nutrients.
I wasn’t getting any replies so i did what I thought i had to and they are doing so well. Thanks for the reply
