tomato plant is curling

Is this a disease ? I Dont see other sysptoms

I think what you are seeing is probably weather related. Has there been a large temperature change in the last few days? Or in the humidity?

Some of the leaves are very close to my fluorescent light and my room temperature is about 23C

That starts happening to my super hot peppers when they are signalling for more calcium.

The soil looks very dry, they must be watered regularly.
