With what and how much fertilizer are you using?

Put some jobe fertalizer spikes in and had a mixture in the soil of 1 yrd of top soil and 3/4 yrd of a manure/bark

Jobe fertilizer spikes are useless. In 3/4 yd of bark and manure there isn't much manure. Your plant is starving for nitrogen and more than likely everything else too. When a plant has yellow leaves and dark veins it's a lack of nitrogen.

See those numbers on the compost? .25-.25-.5? This is just trace amounts of NPK, basically useless for tomato plants.
