I'm really hoping this isn't fusarium wilt. This tomato plant was doing well aside from a little bit of blossom drop, but some leaves started turning tellow and wilting, and it seems to be spreading up the plant. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

I could be wrong, but it seems to me that you have a case of blight. Tomato plants are really prone to it.

I could be wrong, but it seems to me that you have nothing wrong with your tomato, other than some old leaves in need of removal.

Benjamin, can you post a picture of middle and top leaves? If they are nice and green then relax :)
Lower Tomato leaves do yellow and drop........pick or cut them off. This does a couple of things......removes possible disease from dying foliage, it helps air circulation and it helps sunlight get to the fruit. :)
Here in the UK my plants regularly have lower leaves removed as soon as tomatoes are forming above them. Right now bottom 2' is clear of foliage on them
