The plant with no name.

Have any of you got a plant that wasn't good enough for a name, but it's your favorite anyway?

I got this a few years ago at Walmart !! Yes, Walmart. It was in a bag on a card which said 3 daylillies and priced $ 4.99

The daylily that wasn't good enough flowers non- stop from early march right through until the first frost , AND, it's evergreen !! I love it. What's not to love?

When a stem exhausts it's flowers I cut that stem off and it shoots another right up. It carries 4 or 5 stems all the time and doesn't even take a break during the hottest part of the year, like now. Such a good doer !!

And, those little tannish-brown bird wings on the three wide petals are so cute!!

I have named it "Sparrow Wings" and I wouldn't part with it for anything !!

Yep, but not thought of as "good enough" to have a name

Try running through Google Images in a Day Lily search and you might get lucky
