Thanks for the reply!! I forgot to mention these are indoor plants and I only water a little. I also have a grow light. Do you have any suggestions to fix chlorosis? If I were to guess I would say that you water the plants in the heat of the day just about every day and get the leaves wet.? Also, it looks as if the plant is becoming chlorotic, probably from the nutrients leaching out of the bottom of the container
Have you checked the bottom of the leaves for insects. I don't really think it is insects but you never know. Chlorosis occurs when a plant either cannot uptake needed nutrients or the nutrients are not there. The main types of chlorosis are nitrogen and iron. Nitrogen chlorosis usually shows as a solid yellow or a yellowish leaf with yellow veins in the leaves. Iron chlorosis shows as a yellowish leaf with green veins. Iron chlorosis can also show with a lack of the trace minerals manganese and zinc. Have you fertilized the plants and if so with what? Fertilization usually fixes nitrogen chlorosis and Chelated Iron fixes iron chlorosis. Thanks for the reply!! I forgot to mention these are indoor plants and I only water a little.
