Small eggs in mulch

Hi - i was weeding the garden and came upon this grouping of what looks like eggs. Cant seem to find what it is. It isn’t the pink eggs for apple snails.

They're not eggs. They are fruiting bodies of wood-decomposing fungi. They won't hurt your plants, they just eat the dead mulch.
