What is wrong with my plant ? The bottom leaves are getting these yellow areas around the edges

How long has it been in that pot?
How do you decide when to water?
Does the pot have a hole in the bottom?
When you water does some come out of the bottom?

Not sure what's wrong with your one I notice you got it in a pot within a pot maybe it's not draining properly. I hardly water mine they sulk a lot due to lack of light that I can't give them and drop lots of leaves in consequence they do need very bright conditions.
