Thank you everyone, I have been wanting to get a picture of this mill for a long time. It is the Hightower Mill in Upson county GA. It's only about 6 or 7 miles from my house. I drove by it a few years ago when we had a dusting of snow and it looked amazing, wished I had that picture. Here is the marker
