Pomegranate Leaf Issue

This issue is just starting to occur in the foliage.

Any ideas on what my be causing this, along with suggested remedies, are greatly appreciated.

It is either a chewing insect or a caterpillar. Spray thoroughly with spinosad to take care of either one. If you find out it is a caterpillar spray with Bt. as Bt works faster than spinosad.

Thankyou. Have some BT on hand, will try some this evening, or early morning.

Tried this last year, may have been when it was applied - didn't see a noticeable improvement at that time.

If it were beetles or insects Bt will not do anything
