Oleanders haven't been doing good...Have a look...

Some Oleander in my neighborhood have been dyeing out...
In these pictures is this some sort of mold/Sucker or new growth. Some oleanders in my area have this others don't
Ideas?....

Well, it’s not Oleander Scorch fortunately. It does, however, look like they may be getting some drift from broadleaf herbicides.

BINGO! That's It...

Probably gonna pull the one plant out. The fungus is all the way down at the bottom of the plant, soil line.
