Last frost date is mid to late May.

That matches last frost in South East England, and here and Tasmania probably grow some of the best apples in the world.

Yeah mine too. Although way to the south of you Im pretty high in altitude so we have cool summer nights. My apple trees are loaded this year because we didnt have a late freeze. Plums also seem to do well and dont bloom nearl as early as say apricot. Cherries also seem to bloom too early for me also.

Remember to check if they are self pollinating, or you have suitable pollinators if not.
